We all remember our big and heavy television sets and the sometimes equally heavy but not always wide computer monitors. Through the years, we saw the width of both the television set and the computer monitor shrink while their size went the other way.

When visiting Edinburgh I have found it to be one of the architecturally most interesting, well planned, cleanest and historically engaging cities to be in. The city centre, split in two between the Old Town to the east of the Castle and the New Town its north, is a delight to walk through; needing several days to be able to take in all that there is to see. The following are some of the sights to be seen in Edinburgh from the two main routes and excludes many of the city’s museums and galleries. However, please remember that this is a city with so much to offer it is virtually impossible to do it justice.

The people in our lives are often mirrors for our souls. Whenever we are feeling unloved, unappreciated or insignificant, this is sign that something within us is out of balance. It is a sign from our soul that we are waiting for someone or something outside of ourselves to fill us up and make us whole.

It can be difficult to establish what the real signs of depression are. Due to this fact, one may not readily make an accurate self-diagnosis of depression. |

Depression is a serious matter that needs to be attended. The Omega 3 fatty acid in these fishes can be qualified as brain foods, because it helps ward off this disorder; the reason for this is that this element increases gray matter in our three different areas namely the Amygdala, the Hippocampus, and the Cingulate. People who suffer from this condition tend to have smaller amounts of this element than those who do not.

When you catch her chewing something inappropriate, interrupt her by making a loud noise: clap your hands or make an “Ah-ah-aaaah!” noise. Then, immediately hand her a tasty and dog-appropriate alternative (a rawhide bone or other chew toy); as soon as her jaws close around it, praise her lavishly. There is no better way to get your dog to understand that chewing “her” toys equals praise from you, but everything else equals trouble.
